I would not recommend Wessex Garages Nissan Gloucester because
1) The car had very low battery when I arrived for a test drive despite being told that it would be charged. As a result, we were only able to do a quick test drive
2) When I arrived to collect the car, despite being promised a second time, the car was not charged AGAIN. I was given some excuse. Very unprofessional to get the same thing wrong twice. No one apologised about this until the very end when Richard made some passing comment about it. Adam had the chance to but only said that Richard had gone to Tesco to charge the car (I saw Richard driving the car out of the car park as I was arriving).
3) On the day of collection I was left on the showroom floow for long periods as the computers were down (apparently). The sales person disappeared for extented periods of time while I was left there wondering what was going on. He disappeared into an office where Adam and another colleague were sitting.
4) A phone was ringing continually throughout the whole time I was sat there. I asked about it and someone did deal with it but it returned briefly. Apparently it was the the service line - this gives me great concern about dealing with Wessex should I have any problems in future.
5) None of the paperwork was explained to me, other than what was required to complete the transaction.
6) Despite buying a Kia, the whole purchase was dealt with in the Nissan area.
7) A car is an expensive purchase and it should be an exiting time. I left feeling frustrated and like I didn't matter. This was a complete failure of service and if I hadn't already paid for the car I would certainly have walked out.
